Sales are scheduled to start on the sixth of May. At the same time, the Land Cruiser AX and AX G Selection versions will also receive a number of improvements — their sales will begin simultaneously with the appearance of the Land Cruiser ZX.
The equipment of the new ZX modification includes 20-inch alloy wheels, an electric sunroof, a modern navigation system with HDD and the latest audio system from Toyota. In addition, the version received a suspension with variable ground clearance and an adaptive stiffness control system (Active Height Control Suspension & Adaptive Variable Suspension System), which significantly improves driving characteristics and increases the level of comfort. The new power unit develops a peak power of 234 kW at 5,600 rpm and a maximum torque of 460 Nm at 3,400 rpm. The model is distinguished by improved environmental friendliness and moderate appetite: fuel consumption is 6.9 km/l. The car also received a 6 Super ECT transmission.
In addition to the above, the new trim includes a number of other options: body-colored mirrors with electric drive, chrome exterior handles, a rear spoiler, a driver's seat with adjustment in eight directions, illumination of interior handles and much more.
As for updates for the AX and AX G Selection versions — now these cars, like the Land Cruiser ZX, are equipped with new engines and a 6 Super ECT gearbox. This made it possible to improve their environmental performance and reduce fuel consumption.
The cost of the new Land Cruiser ZX modification on the Japanese market will be approximately 68,500 dollars. The updated AX will be sold for 46,600 dollars, while the AX G Selection — for 53,700 dollars. There is no information yet about the appearance of these versions on our market.
