The new Duster 2022 is recognized primarily by its modified front end in the style of the latest Logan and Sandero. The grille and bumper were replaced, but the most striking change is the fully LED headlights. At the rear, the taillight graphics have been updated. New 16- and 17-inch alloy wheels with improved aerodynamics have also appeared.

Inside the Dacia Duster, the trim materials have been improved and the center console has been replaced. More expensive versions are equipped with an enlarged 8.0-inch touchscreen, with multimedia supplemented by Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Wi-Fi, and navigation. The seats have received improved headrests.

The base trim of the Duster now includes an onboard computer and cruise control with a speed limiter. Among the options, there are now surround-view cameras.

Available are gasoline turbo engines with a displacement of 1.0 L (90 hp) and 1.3 L (130 and 150 hp), as well as a 1.5-liter 115-horsepower turbodiesel. Also available is a 1.0-liter 100-horsepower version with factory LPG. A 6-speed manual transmission and a new 6-speed EDC robot with two clutches are offered.

As before, the Duster can be chosen with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. In the latter case, an improved hill descent assist system Adaptive Hill Descent Control is provided – it can now also work when driving in reverse.
