The new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 in its homeland in Japan will be about half a million yen ($4,500) more expensive than the current model. That is, its price will be 5.3-7.5 million yen ($48,000 – 65,000).
Obviously, we are talking about the gasoline versions of the model with a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated V6 producing 280 hp and a 3.5-liter 420-horsepower turbo engine. As is known, they will appear first, while the 3.3-liter 309-horsepower turbodiesel variant and the 480-horsepower hybrid Toyota Land Cruiser 300 will appear later.
The price of the Toyota Land Cruiser GR has also been announced. The charged version with a new turbocharged V8 producing over 500 hp will cost 10 million yen or $91,600.
Of course, the new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 is significantly more expensive, but it should be taken into account that the car has received a number of innovations. Thus, it is equipped with a 10-speed automatic transmission, more expensive versions provide a virtual instrument cluster, and the basic configuration will be expanded with new safety systems.
