The new Volkswagen T7 Multivan will seriously change in appearance and will become similar to VW Golf 8, from which it will also borrow the MQB platform. However, the car was previously seen during tests, so its design has already been revealed.
But there were almost no images of the interior before. Among the interesting innovations of the model are a virtual instrument cluster, a large 10.1-inch multimedia touchscreen, an electronic parking brake, and a tiny joystick for the robotic DSG gearbox. By the way, the Multivan will most likely no longer have a manual gearbox.
Earlier it became known that the new Volkswagen Multivan T7 will be seven-seater, and the possibilities for transforming its interior will be expanded. Among the new options for the model, a large panoramic roof and 360-degree cameras should be noted. The list of safety systems will also be expanded.
For the Volkswagen Multivan 2022, 2.0-liter turbo diesels in various power options are being prepared. A plug-in hybrid and an electric Volkswagen T7 will also appear. Modifications with front and all-wheel drive are planned.
