The auto.cz publication has published photos of the car. As our Czech colleagues suggested, the Kushaq crossover is undergoing final factory tests in Skoda's homeland. In any case, the appearance of such a model in Europe is not planned: a subcompact SUV Kamiq of similar size and design is already sold there. This is also indirectly indicated by the fact that the car was being tested on Czech roads in Indian right-hand drive configuration.

Recall that Skoda Kushaq was developed by Skoda's Indian division, which will also launch production of the new model at the Volkswagen India Pvt Ltd plant. It is believed that this will be the cheapest Skoda crossover – prices will start from 13-14 thousand dollars.

In terms of exterior and interior design, Skoda Kushaq echoes the older crossover Kodiaq and the electric SUV Enyaq. The car is built on the MQB-A0-IN platform, buyers will be offered two engines - 1.0 TSI (115 hp) and 1.5 TSI (150 hp), as well as three transmissions – 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic, and 7-speed DSG. The crossover's equipment is more than rich.
