The Opel Combo-e (this is exactly the name the new model received) is equipped with an electric motor producing 100 kW / 136 hp and 260 Nm, as well as a battery with a capacity of 50 kWh. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 11.2 seconds, and the top speed is electronically limited to 130 km/h.

The van's range is 275 km - not much, but more than enough for urban deliveries. Moreover, there is fast charging - 80% of the battery capacity can be "filled" in 30 minutes.

The car will be available in standard and extended XL versions. The first variant reaches 4.4 m in length, its cargo volume is 3.3 cubic meters, while the XL variant is "stretched" to 4.75 m and holds 4.4 cubic meters of cargo.

In the base, the Opel Combo-e has a full set of active and passive safety systems - for example, it has a full package of airbags and an emergency braking function.

Deliveries of the new model will begin this autumn.

Currently, Opel has four electric vehicles, not counting the new Combo - these are the Ampera-e and Corsa-e hatchbacks, the Mokka-e crossover, and the large van Zafira-e.
