The manufacturer calls the new model a cross-hatchback, which will replace in the lineup not only the old C4, but also the C4 Cactus crossover, which is planned to be discontinued next year.

Technical details are not yet disclosed, only stating that the engine range of the new Citroen C4 will include both petrol and diesel units. Obviously, we are talking about PureTech turbo engines with 1.2 and 1.6 liters, as well as a 1.6-liter diesel engine.

The fully electric modification will be designated e-C4 and will borrow the powertrain from the new Peugeot 208.
More detailed information about the new Citroen C4 should be revealed after the official premiere, which is scheduled for June 30.
