There were also technical adjustments. This refers to a recalibrated two-liter gasoline engine and updated software for the eight-speed automatic transmission.
Base equipment for the domestic market now includes 17-inch alloy wheels and higher quality interior trim materials. Nappa leather is offered at an extra cost, and only for mid-level trims. Flagship versions, in turn, received projection LED headlights.
In the South Korean market, the updated Hyundai Sonata sedan is already available to customers. In all likelihood, this version will soon reach other countries as well.
