To achieve the depth of color and create a glowing effect, the sedan's body was painted in five layers of special lacquer with crystal particles. Each layer was hand-polished for more than five hours.

The development of the special "Phantom" was handled by the Bespoke Collective design bureau from Goodwood, UK. In addition to the unusual exterior, the one-off sedan features a handcrafted interior, which took nine different types of leather to upholster. A special touch is the wooden interior elements covered with six layers of lacquer.

For contrast with the "arctic white" seats and door cards, the steering wheel rim and the surface of the steering column stalks are wrapped in red leather. Additionally, the key fob is finished in scarlet, as are the Rolls-Royce logos embroidered on the headrests and the piping of the rear seat pattern. The starry sky effect is created by 1,600 red LEDs in the headliner.

The unique Phantom is based on a left-hand-drive short-wheelbase sedan of the eighth generation. There are no changes to the technical content: under the hood works a 6.75-liter V12 with 571 horsepower (torque 900 Nm), drive is to the rear axle, transmission is automatic, 8-speed. From a standstill to 100 kilometers per hour, the "Phantom" can accelerate in 5.3 seconds.

The price of the special version will be determined at the RM Sotheby's online auction, which will take place in Miami from December 4 to 13. It is expected that the Phantom Magma Red will be sold for several times more than the regular version. All proceeds will be transferred to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS.
