Judging by the available information, the appearance of the new sports car will differ noticeably from the previous model. The narrower and more angular headlights will catch the eye, making the F-Type look more aggressive. The body will also get a hood with different contours, an updated radiator grille, other bumpers, and rear optics.
The interior of the car will feature a modern multimedia system with a larger touchscreen, and the instrument panel will become fully virtual.
Under the hood, changes are expected in the range of power units: instead of the current supercharged V6s, new turbocharged inline six-cylinder engines will appear. They may be supplemented with mild hybrid technology through the use of the on-board electrical system. At the same time, the lineup will retain the existing four-cylinder engines and the flagship five-liter supercharged V8. In addition, there is a high probability that the sports car will lose the version with a manual transmission due to low demand for it.
