The cars received minor changes to the exterior and interior, an improved multimedia system, as well as new electronic driver assistance systems.

New body colors and carbon fiber trim elements have become available for the cars. As for the interior, the base trim now includes a new multimedia system with a standard 8.8-inch central touchscreen with improved graphics, as well as an upgraded seven-inch TFT display located between the instrument dials.

In addition, the sedan and crossover received a new gear selector with an Italian flag at its base, as well as enlarged cup holders.

The new models received a suite of electronic "assistants" that corresponds to Level 2 autonomous driving. Adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, blind spot monitoring, traffic jam assist, and driver fatigue monitoring are available for the cars.

The engine lineup remains unchanged. Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio are available in the US with a two-liter turbocharged four-cylinder producing 280 horsepower. The top versions, called Quadrifoglio, are equipped with a 510-horsepower twin-turbo V6 with a displacement of 2.9 liters.
