Company representatives reported that versions with a manual gearbox turned out to be “slightly” less dynamic than cars with the eight-speed PDK robotic transmission. For example, the Porsche 911 S with the “robot” and the Sport Chrono package accelerates to one hundred kilometers per hour in 3.3 seconds. Porsche also noted that the top speed figure will not change and will be 307 km/h.
The curb weight of the car with a manual gearbox was 1496 kg, which is 38 kg less than that of the sports car with a robotic transmission. All cars with “mechanics” will be equipped with the Sport Chrono package, including special suspension and engine settings, as well as a self-locking differential and a traction vector control system.
