This car promises to be an unconventional solution, combining the features of a crossover and a roadster, and its heart will be a gas turbine.
Judging by the teaser, the model will stand out with the absence of doors, a sculpted hood, wide composite wheel arches, and LED headlights.
The Mitsubishi Mi-Tech will be equipped with a hybrid system with four electric motors — a pair for each axle. Instead of a conventional gasoline internal combustion engine, a compact gas turbine unit acting as a generator will handle recharging the batteries. To dissipate excess heat from the unit, four large round fans will be placed behind the cabin.
In addition, the concept will feature an autopilot with a human-machine interface. The system will process data from cameras and sensors, helping to prevent emergency situations, and if necessary, the electronics will be able to take control.
