The Impreza has undergone a slight facelift: the shape of the radiator grille has been slightly changed, a different front bumper with black slots has been installed, and the front and rear optics have been modernized. Inside, a new multimedia system with a large touchscreen has appeared, and higher-quality materials are now used for upholstery.

Technically, the car remains the same: the Impreza is available with boxer engines 1.6 and 2.0 producing 115 and 154 horsepower respectively. Both are paired with a CVT, front or all-wheel drive.

The new model will appear at Japanese dealers this fall, and then the restyled Subaru Impreza will go on sale in Europe and the USA.
