The modernization program includes the installation of 18-inch wheel rims, an upgraded Works V8 braking system, and suspension adjustments.
The proposed options are inspired by the limited run of the Defender Works V8, which started in 2018 and generated significant interest. Now Defender owners can bring their vehicle to the look of the special version: install Sawtooth wheels, upgrade the brake mechanisms with new discs, pads, and Works V8 calipers, as well as adjust the shock absorbers.
However, such a set is not available for every vehicle: for example, for the earliest Defenders, only wheel rims and fender badges are provided, while the maximum degree of modification is designed for the version with the 2.2-liter TDCi diesel, produced since 2012. For this variant, an engine power increase of 40 horsepower is also offered.
According to the price list, the full set of updates for the Defender Classic Works 90 and 110 is priced at 16,995 pounds sterling, the Sawtooth wheel set at 2,160 pounds, and the wheels with tires at 4,068 pounds, excluding the cost of labor.
