The Porsche 911 Speedster received a four-liter turbo engine developing more than 500 hp and 469 Nm of torque. This engine, which is installed on the extreme versions of the 911 GT3 and 911 GT3 RS, has separate throttle bodies, like the racing 911 GT3 R.

The power unit is combined exclusively with a six-speed manual transmission. The Speedster accelerates from standstill to 96 km/h in 3.8 seconds, and the model's top speed is 309 km/h.

To reduce weight, the developers abandoned the climate control system and used carbon fiber front fenders, as well as engine and luggage compartment covers. In addition, the sports car received carbon-ceramic brakes. The weight of the Speedster was 1465 kg.
