Judging by the design sketches, the new model will get a front end in the style of the older Kona and Santa Fe models. Inside the crossover, a large touchscreen will be installed, with air ducts located on either side of it. Below, a row of analog buttons and round-shaped controllers are visible.

The engine lineup of the crossover will include 1.4-liter gasoline and diesel engines, which will work in conjunction with a six-speed manual transmission. In addition, as an alternative, a three-cylinder turbo engine with a displacement of one liter paired with a 7-speed robotic gearbox will be available.

Global sales of the Hyundai Venue will begin in the middle of this year. Top versions will be offered with a panoramic roof, as well as ventilated seats that are "first in this class."
