The appearance of the new models echoes the design of the special series F-Type Chequered Flag. Both rally versions of the roadster are powered by a two-liter petrol Ingenium engine producing 300 horsepower. The engineers refined the braking system and chassis, installed a roll cage, racing-type seats with six-point belts, exclusive wheel rims, an expressive light unit on the hood, and a fire extinguisher.
"We don't often get to create rally cars, and I watched with great pleasure as modern sports cars acquired this characteristic look. These models are our declaration of love to the XK 120 and all sports cars produced over these seven decades, including the current F-Type Chequered Flag version," shared Jaguar's chief designer Ian Callum.
