The pickup, whose name has not yet been disclosed, will be built on the MQB architecture. This same platform is used in the Polo, Tiguan, and T-Cross models. The technical parameters of the car have not yet been disclosed. According to Motor1, the vehicle will be equipped with all-wheel drive.
In the manufacturer's lineup, the pickup will be positioned below the Amarok. In South American countries, the production version will compete with the Renault Duster Oroch and Fiat Toro.
