According to preliminary data, the new product will be called Diamond Edition. First of all, the car is intended for the Brazilian market. Whether the model will go on sale in other countries is not yet known.
Judging by the photos, the car will get a panoramic roof, modified bumpers and a spoiler. The crossover's interior will feature new seats with light-colored leather upholstery. New driver assistance systems and additional options are also expected.

In the Brazilian market, the new product will be offered with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine producing 130 hp. A 2.0-liter unit with 166 hp will also be available. The first engine works in conjunction with a six-speed manual or automatic transmission, while the second is combined only with an automatic.
Currently, Hyundai has already begun development of the second-generation Creta. For the first time, the compact crossover will have a modification with a seven-seat interior. According to preliminary data, the standard version of the crossover will appear in 2020, and the version with seven seats will appear a year later. The engine lineup will include new gasoline and diesel engines with a displacement of 1.5 liters.
