The new unit, cast from aluminum, delivers 120 horsepower and a torque of 300 Nm, which is achieved already at 1750 rpm. Paired with this engine is a six-speed automatic transmission, as well as a start-stop function. According to the manufacturer, in the combined cycle the car consumes only four liters of fuel per hundred kilometers.
In addition, for the first time for this model, leather interior trim will be available — this option will appear in the Design Line, Innovation, and Ultimate trim levels. The price of the Opel Crossland X, equipped with the new diesel engine and automatic transmission, starts from 24,120 euros.
