The transmission is a seven-speed DSG "robot" with two clutches.

The list of available electronic "assistants" includes adaptive cruise control with full stop and resume function, as well as automatic emergency braking and blind spot monitoring. In addition, the crossover can be equipped with a fully digital instrument panel Virtual Cockpit, as well as a multimedia system with support for MirrorLink and Apple CarPlay.

Production of the Kodiaq GT will be established in China at a joint venture of SAIC and Skoda. According to preliminary data, prices for the crossover will start from 220 thousand yuan ($32,000).
