According to Autocar, which published the photos, the car's premiere will take place at the Geneva Motor Show in March next year. The main competitors of the car will be the Audi A4, Alfa Romeo Giulia and the new BMW 3 Series.
In the spy photos, the updated sedan is hidden under camouflage. However, it is already clear that the car will get some solutions that are used on the I-Pace. There are no interior photos yet, but most likely, the car will feature new interior trim.
In addition, the facelifted XE will get an upgraded multimedia system and semi-autonomous control systems. The technical characteristics of the sedan are still unknown. According to unofficial data, the XE will be offered, among other things, with a hybrid powertrain.
