The model, whose name is kept secret, will debut on August 23 at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. Whether this prototype will be put into production remains a mystery for now.
The image shows that the car is designed for a single driver. The electric roadster will inherit features of the Prototype 9 concept, created in the spirit of 1940s racing. Unlike it, the new model is expected to have a more futuristic look.
Starting in 2021, Infiniti plans to launch production of cars with hybrid and electric powertrains. Some solutions for future cars will be taken from the Q Inspiration concept shown in Detroit.
