The assembly of the new model will be organized at Renault's Russian facilities. Other characteristics of the car have not yet been disclosed.
"It is Russia that will become the first country where production and sales of the new global Renault model will start. The crossover will be put on the assembly line of the Moscow Renault plant, which was chosen as the first production site due to the high level of quality and organization of processes," company representatives said.
Also, according to unofficial information, at the Moscow Auto Show Renault will present an off-road modification of the Logan sedan. Production of this car will be established at AvtoVAZ facilities. Sales of such a Logan will start in November 2018. The sedan will receive an additional plastic body kit and increased ground clearance to 195 mm. In addition, minor improvements will affect the interior of the car.
