The first teaser of the new Forester reveals only details of the rear lighting, which echoes the styling of the Viziv Tourer concept shown in Geneva.
The fifth-generation Forester will be built on the modular SGP (Subaru Global Platform) architecture, which is already used in the new Impreza, as well as in the XV and Ascent crossovers.
Official data on powertrains has not yet been disclosed, but it is quite likely that the lineup will include a 2.4-liter turbocharged engine, familiar from the Ascent.
