The McLaren Senna immediately declares its pure track nature with its appearance, although formally the model is considered road-going. Of course, routes for trips will have to be chosen with special care so as not to damage the impressive aerodynamic kit, which is crowned by a large rear wing with an adjustable angle of attack.

Thanks to the extensive use of carbon — both the monocoque and body panels are made of it — the supercar's mass is only 1198 kg. Only the iconic McLaren F1 (1140 kg) was lighter than the Senna, and the two-section side windows are reminiscent of it.

In the pursuit of weight reduction, the creators tried to make the interior as simple as possible, but the cabin still looks quite presentable and is not devoid of necessary equipment.

The rear-wheel-drive newcomer is equipped with an 800-horsepower twin-turbocharged V8 engine with a displacement of 4.0 liters, which develops exactly 800 Nm of torque. Paired with the engine is a 7-speed robotic gearbox with two clutches. Dynamic performance figures, unfortunately, have not yet been disclosed.
The price of the McLaren Senna is set at 750 thousand pounds. The model's production run will be limited to 500 units. Although production is scheduled to start only in the second half of next year, all cars have already found their owners through preliminary orders.
