The appearance of the updated "five" M has become noticeably more aggressive thanks to the developed aerodynamic body kit and carbon fiber roof. In addition, expressive wheel rims with a diameter of 19 or 20 inches are installed.

In the interior, the main emphasis is on two red buttons on the steering wheel that launch pre-programmed combinations of settings for different driving modes.

All-wheel drive for this "charged" sedan was chosen deliberately — otherwise it would be difficult to fully realize the output of the 600-horsepower biturbo engine with a displacement of 4.4 liters, which develops 750 Nm of torque. The previous robotic gearbox was replaced by an 8-speed automatic from ZF.

The sprint to 100 km/h now takes only 3.4 seconds — this is a whole second better than the car of the previous generation. The maximum speed is still electronically limited to 250 km/h, but if you add the M Driver's package, the limit can be raised almost to the level of a supercar — 305 km/h.

For the most devoted fans, a limited edition M5 First Edition was prepared with a unique matte body paint and a wider list of equipment. Only 400 of these cars will be made.
On the German market, the new BMW M5 is priced at least at 117,900 euros. For the First Edition version, you will have to pay 19,500 euros more.
