The GT of the sixth series surpasses the "five" in length by 87 mm, but is slightly lower (1538 mm), and in wheelbase (5070 mm) the new hatchback even managed to catch up with the flagship sedan of the 7th series.
In addition, the 6-Series Gran Turismo can boast a more spacious trunk of 610 liters (+110 l) and already in the base version is equipped with rear air suspension.
The interior is almost the same as in the new 5th series. It includes a fully digital instrument panel, surround-view cameras, a wide range of electronic assistants and other useful options.
Initially, the lineup of modifications will include one diesel version 630d with a three-liter engine producing 265 hp (620 Nm), as well as two petrol versions 630i and 640i with turbo engines producing 258 and 340 "horses" respectively.
Sales in the domestic market will start at the end of autumn. Prices for the BMW 6-Series Gran Turismo start from 62,300 euros.
