The first electric car of the Porsche brand will appear in several versions with different power. At the same time, it will be possible to increase the output of the electric motor remotely — via over-the-air software updates. Similar "wireless" updates are already used in Tesla cars.
In partnership with Hitachi, Porsche is also working on creating a high-power charging device. It will allow replenishing the energy reserve in batteries by 80% in just a quarter of an hour.
According to available data, the production version of the Mission E concept will be presented no earlier than 2019.
