The new XV has moved to the modular Subaru Global Platform and received a more sporty-aggressive appearance, while maintaining a clear generational continuity. The color palette has been supplemented with two new shades: gray Cool Gray Khaki and orange Sunshine Orange.

The new platform has significantly improved body rigidity and lowered the center of gravity. The crossover retains the previous 220-millimeter ground clearance and permanent all-wheel drive, and also acquired an active torque vectoring system in corners.

In the interior, a new steering wheel with a reduced rim diameter, an 8-inch touchscreen display of the multimedia system, and contrasting stitching on the dashboard have appeared.

Under the hood of the new XV, a seriously modernized two-liter boxer engine with 154 hp and a torque of 196 Nm has appeared, which works in tandem with the proprietary Lineartronic CVT, capable of simulating the shifting of seven virtual gears.

The proprietary EyeSight driver assistance system has been included in the list of standard equipment. In addition, the High Beam Assist system with the Steering Responsive Headlight cornering light function has become available for the XV.

In Ukraine, the presentation of the new Subaru XV will take place in mid-June. Prices for the model have not yet been announced.
