The new Fiesta was presented in four different modifications at once: sporty ST-Line, luxurious Vignale, stylish Titanium and all-road Active, which, in addition to its appearance, differs from other versions by an increased ground clearance.

The seventh generation of the hatchback retained the previous platform, but increased by 71 mm in length and 12 mm in width, while the wheelbase added only 4 mm.

In the design of the Fiesta, there were no revolutionary changes, except for significantly modified rear optics.

The interior has changed more radically. The instrument panel, center console and steering wheel have undergone serious changes. In addition, the B&O PLAY audio system (a subsidiary of the Bang & Olufsen brand) and the SYNC 3 multimedia system with an increased 8-inch screen became available for the model.

In the engine lineup, a new base three-cylinder engine with a volume of 1.1 liters producing 70 or 85 hp appeared. Also for the model, the previous liter EcoBoost is offered in several power options from 100 to 140 hp. In 2018, this engine will receive a system that disables one of the three cylinders for even better efficiency. The diesel range is represented by a 1.5-liter engine with 85 or 120 horsepower. The gearboxes remained the same: five- or six-speed manual and six-speed automatic.

The seventh generation Ford Fiesta will go on sale closer to spring next year.
