The car was created jointly with specialists from the NextEV team, which participates in Formula E electric car races. The total output of the Nio EP9 powertrain is 1360 horsepower and 1480 Nm of torque. With such indicators, the electric car accelerates to 100 km/h in 2.7 seconds, and its top speed reaches 313 km/h.

The range is not outstanding — only 427 km. To replenish the energy in the batteries, it will take 45 minutes, but if you are short on time, you can simply swap the battery pack, and this procedure takes only 8 minutes.

This electric car has already set a new record for electric vehicles at the Nürburgring — 7.05 minutes, which is 17 seconds faster than the previous achievement.
Only six such hypercars are planned to be produced, and all of them have already found their owners. The manufacturer keeps the price of the Nio EP9 a secret, only stating that building one example costs 1.2 million dollars.
