According to information from informed sources, the all-wheel drive version of the muscle car may debut in the very near future under the name Challenger GT AWD. Under the hood of this modification will be a standard HEMI V8 engine with a displacement of 5.7 liters, producing 375 horsepower.
A year earlier, the tuning studio Mopar presented a concept car based on the Challenger with all-wheel drive and an output of 450 horsepower, which bore the same name GT AWD (pictured). It was this prototype that prompted the manufacturer to create a production all-wheel drive version.
