With a displacement of 6.6 liters, the power unit hidden under the hood with the “M Performance” badge delivers a maximum output of 600 hp at 5500 rpm and a peak torque of 800 Nm already at 1500 rpm! Thanks to this engine, the BMW M760Li xDrive accelerates to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, and the top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h (with the optional M Driver’s Package – 305 km/h).

Torque is transmitted to the wheels via a modern eight-speed sports automatic transmission Steptronic (standard equipment). Its M Performance-specific shift algorithms with a distinctly sporty character and faster downshifts across the entire rev range have been specially adapted to the working characteristics of the V12 engine.

The intelligent BMW xDrive all-wheel-drive system with a distinctly “rear-wheel-drive” bias redistributes torque to all four wheels depending on tire grip and the specific situation, thereby ensuring the typical M Performance driving dynamics and confidence in all driving conditions. In addition to a more “direct” steering ratio, this system includes rear-wheel steering, which turns the rear wheels in one direction or the other depending on the steering wheel angle and vehicle speed.

Another component of the BMW M760Li xDrive equipment is the new 19-inch M sport brakes. They guarantee extremely stable and intense deceleration, and their calipers are painted in blue metallic and adorned with the M emblem. Inside the BMW M760Li xDrive, you can also see many typical BMW M Performance design elements that emphasize the sporty character of the car. The instrument cluster features an exclusive speedometer with the model name and a scale calibrated up to 330 km/h.

In the center console, the area around the gear selector lever and the iDrive controller is covered with a decorative trim finished in black piano lacquer and marked “V12”. The same “V12” inscription is present on the Touch Command touchpad (optional) in the center armrest in the rear of the cabin.

For customers who would like to create a rather luxurious and comfortable image for their BMW M760Li xDrive instead of a dynamic one, the BMW M760Li xDrive V12 Excellence version is offered as an option at no extra charge. This version gives the BMW M760Li xDrive a completely new, more luxurious and refined character. The M aerodynamic package is absent in the V12 Excellence version; the car is equipped with exclusive 20-inch polished BMW Individual light-alloy wheels in the W-spoke 646 design and staggered tires 245/40 R20 at the front and 275/35 R20 at the rear, and the brake calipers are painted in glossy black. Finally, the interior features an exclusive BMW steering wheel with wooden inserts and a “V12” emblem in the instrument cluster that lights up when the ignition is switched on. The speedometer scale of the BMW M760Li xDrive in the V12 Excellence version is calibrated up to 260 km/h.
