According to company representatives, the car will get a more striking design. Under the hood, the car will feature a classic petrol V8 developing 347 kW (465 hp), and possibly a hybrid powertrain with a maximum output of 399 kW (535 hp).

In 2017, the premium brand may also add a fuel cell variant. This technology has already been successfully tested on another model of the Japanese concern - Toyota Mirai. According to technical data, two fuel tanks with liquid hydrogen and an electric motor will allow the Mirai sedan to travel about 390 km without refueling.
