Judging by the images, the exterior of the new model is made in the spirit of the Outlander PHEV Concept-S concept car. The crossover has received an updated front bumper, modernized optics, and a new faux radiator grille. It is expected that numerous changes will also occur in the interior.
In addition to the regular version of the model, two more modifications will debut - the hybrid Outlander PHEV and the Outlander Sport. The first will receive a hybrid powertrain consisting of a 2.0-liter gasoline engine, a pair of electric motors, and a lithium-ion battery (thanks to this system, it will consume only 2 liters per 100 km), while the second will get a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, improved sound insulation, and a recalibrated transmission.
