At the moment, the upcoming new model is undergoing road tests on European roads. It is expected that the debut of the model will take place this autumn at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and it will go on sale in 2016.
The presented photos show that this is a test mule in the Leon hatchback body. However, it is reliably known that the future crossover is hidden underneath.
The car will be built on the modular MQB platform. The engine lineup will include petrol and diesel units. It is likely that the car will get an all-wheel drive system.
