The buyer will have the opportunity to choose from four trim levels, equipped with three engine options. There will be a choice of gearbox. Regular manual or a full-fledged automatic. The base will include steering wheel adjustment for tilt and reach.
The price of the car will be about 400,000 rubles (approximately 11 thousand dollars). According to the management of AvtoVAZ, the car meets world safety standards and the requirements for the interior of a modern consumer. But at the same time, it will remain affordable both in cost and in operation.
The platform development was carried out by the company's engineers together with specialists from the Renault-Nissan alliance.
According to leaked information, production of the new product will be organized at the facilities of the Izhevsk plant.
Other details about the Lada Vesta are promised to be provided by the end of this year. Nevertheless, the manufacturer claims that the concept is almost no different from the production version.
