So far there is no information on how much the JAC J4 will cost in Ukraine, but according to preliminary data, its price will be lower than competitors. In particular, the J4 promises to become one of the most affordable in the budget sedan segment, which includes the Peugeot 301/Citroen C-Elysee, Renault Logan, Hyundai Accent, BYD F3, and others.

The model's design was developed at JAC's Italian design center under the leadership of chief designer Danny Galen, who created the look of the Alfa Romeo 8C supercar and several other well-known models.

In terms of equipment level, the JAC J4 can pleasantly surprise even owners of cars from a higher class. The list of equipment includes: a multimedia center with a touchscreen and built-in navigation, an onboard computer, heated power mirrors, ABS+EBD, 6 airbags, and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

As for the engine, it is known that initially only one unit will be available in Ukraine – a 1.5-liter gasoline engine with 111 hp. It will be paired with a 5-speed manual or a continuously variable transmission. Let us note once again that the start of sales of the JAC J4 is scheduled for 2015, but we promise to test it as early as possible, even before the official presentation in Ukraine.
