The scooter's frame is made of magnesium, so it weighs only 13 kg, but is designed for a load of 100 kg. The 350 W (0.5 hp) electric motor allows speeds of up to 25 km/h in sport mode. In normal mode, the top speed is limited to 20 km/h, and in eco mode – to 6 km/h.

The 280 Wh battery allows a range of 25-30 km without recharging. The scooter features spring suspension and even cast 8-inch wheels. It has an electric front brake and a mechanical rear brake.

The AL1 Golden Bull's steering column features the Lamborghini logo. The scooter also has LED underglow lighting on the footrests and a small display showing speed and battery charge level. Several scooter parameters can be controlled via a mobile app.
