The circumstances of the unique case are described by the publication poltava.to. Thus, it is indicated that on September 23, the Velyka Bahachka District Court of Poltava region fined the said citizen 51,000 hryvnias for drunk driving and deprived him of his license for 10 years. This was the court's decision regarding a driver who got behind the wheel drunk for the 14th time in the last 4 years.

According to records in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, Pisarenko has been practicing driving a vehicle while intoxicated since at least 2012. In the first four years, he was repeatedly caught drunk driving a scooter or moped. In 2014, the man went to prison for drug-related crimes, and in 2017 he was released and returned to his old ways.

By August 2021, the violator already had 13 fines on his record, and he had also been deprived of his license 12 times for a period of 10 years. Pisarenko did not pay a single fine.

The last, 14th time the citizen was stopped drunk was on August 24. He was behind the wheel of a VAZ-21011. Pisarenko refused a medical examination, but his guilt was confirmed by the testimony of patrol officers, witnesses, and recordings from police body cameras. The accused did not appear in court.

In the end, Themis once again imposed a punishment in the form of a fine and license deprivation. As for the car, the court could not resort to confiscation because it does not belong to the violator.

As of today, Pisarenko's debt on fines amounts to 550,800 hryvnias. He also needs to pay a court fee of 454 hryvnias.
