The reason for this service campaign was a check of the correct installation of brake system components and auxiliary electrical equipment. Intensive use of these units can cause deterioration of their performance characteristics. The campaign is diagnostic in nature.
As part of the recall, vehicles that came off the assembly line from January 2014 to May 2017 are subject to inspection. Owners of such cars will receive notifications with a recommendation to visit the nearest authorized UAZ service center.
It is worth noting that a week earlier, a recall of Hunter SUV models was already announced.
