To carry out the theft, the criminals did not have to resort to any tricks. They freely entered the factory premises in a truck, presenting a fake entry permit, after which they loaded the body with engines and left the enterprise without any problems.
Moreover, a few hours later, the same individuals returned for another batch of power units and, in the same manner, without attracting attention, drove out a second fully loaded truck.
It is noteworthy that three years earlier, engines worth one million euros had already been stolen from the same factory, but the security service, apparently, did not learn lessons from that incident.
