“An arrogant driver kept crowding us and honking until we pulled ahead and moved to the right, giving him way. He decided to teach us a lesson by sharply cutting us off. After that, the car continued on its way, behaving extremely recklessly: constantly changing lanes, cutting in front of one car and then another, pressuring other road users, overtaking on the shoulder. This continued until the turn to the Chapaevsky market, where heavy traffic brought us together again in the same flow. We captured his license plate, the driver, and the female passenger sitting next to him on a tablet (in the footage, she cheerfully waves her hand at us).”
