A BMW owner decided to get even with a driver who, after getting out of his car, made a remark to him. However, the owner of the Bavarian car did not tolerate criticism and, enraged, simply ran over the Nissan owner.
The incident occurred in broad daylight, and the aggressive driver fled the scene. Fortunately, a car with a dashcam was driving behind the vehicles and recorded everything that happened.
According to the latest reports, the 33-year-old BMW driver turned himself in to the police. A criminal case has been opened against him under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm). The maximum penalty is up to 10 years in prison. As the driver's father stated, his son is deaf-mute and had recently undergone treatment in a psychiatric clinic. Whether this will affect the sentence will be decided by the investigation.
The injured Nissan driver turned out to be a 58-year-old man. As a result of the collision, he broke his leg.
