«Sayhak» is a high-mobility command and staff vehicle. It is based on the popular Toyota Hilux pickup truck. It was refined in cooperation with Glomex, a company that supplies vehicles to the army and law enforcement agencies in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

The «Sayhak» was created in record time – in just a few months. Its development took into account European experience as well as recommendations from participants of the Joint Forces Operation.

The SUV's specifications are not disclosed. Judging by photos and videos, its ground clearance has been increased, off-road tires installed, and roll bars and a snorkel added.

In addition to «Ukrainian Armored Vehicles», four other companies are also expected to present their versions of an army SUV. All prototype vehicles must be submitted for testing by September 1.

It is quite possible that several SUV models will be ordered. The Armed Forces need thousands of such vehicles, and they are also needed by the National Guard, the State Border Guard Service, and the State Emergency Service.
