New cars: diesel crossovers
The most noticeable decrease in demand affected the market of new cars with diesel engines — the figure fell by 29%. During the month, only 1.1 thousand such cars were sold, with the vast majority being crossovers or SUVs.
As before, Renault Duster holds the lead, remaining in demand due to its affordable price, durability, and moderate fuel consumption.

Renault Duster remains the undisputed leader among new diesel crossovers on the Ukrainian market.
Used market: Renault Megane ahead
Among used cars with diesel engines, the decline was much more modest — only 3%. The absolute winner here was Renault Megane, which retains its appeal due to its durability, unpretentiousness in repairs, and affordable price.
