For Ukrainian drivers, this is indeed essential information, as cars from the American market occupy a significant share of imports. They are usually chosen for a good combination of price and equipment, as well as the opportunity to find a car with a clear history.
Which brands have increased the most in price
The analysis, which covered 1.5 million listings for the sale of cars no older than 5 years, showed: the most significant price increases were recorded among luxury brands — Infiniti ( 11.7%), Land Rover ( 11.5%), and BMW ( 11.4%).
The top ten used models with the largest price increases in 2025 looks like this:
-
BMW 4 Series — 30.0%
-
Porsche Cayenne — 22.3%
-
Land Rover Discovery — 20.4%
-
BMW 7 Series — 20.2%
-

Which models are getting cheaper
Although prices are generally rising, in 2025 a number of models are steadily losing value. This mostly concerns electric cars and certain premium-class representatives.
TOP-10 models with the largest price decreases:
-
Tesla Model S — -12.3%
-
Tesla Model Y — -12.3%
-
Tesla Model X — -12.1%
-
Ford Explorer Hybrid — -9.5%
-
Jeep Gladiator — -8.5%
-

-
Maserati Levante — -6.5%
-
Lincoln Aviator — -6.3%
-
Mercedes-AMG GT — -4.8%
-
Tesla Model 3 — -4.3%
Experts associate the cheapening of electric vehicles with market oversaturation, rapid technological development, and lower demand for outdated versions.
What this means for buyers in Ukraine
For those considering purchasing a car from the USA in 2025, the picture is mixed: premium cars — BMW, Porsche, or Land Rover — have noticeably increased in price, while electric Teslas or certain crossovers may be a good purchase.
