When conducting their research, specialists took into account maintenance costs based on 18-25 thousand km of mileage per year and the need for maintenance two, or even three times during the same period. After that, they calculated the money spent on maintenance over 10 years of operation and selected the most "voracious" cars.

Of course, the results of this study are relevant specifically for the American market, where, compared to the same Ukraine, the standard hour of car service workers is several times more expensive, which, naturally, is directly reflected in the cost of the work order. Nevertheless, in comparison with other brands in Ukraine, cars of these brands are also the most expensive (however, the figures are somewhat different).
Which models are the most expensive? Naturally, the top ones (flagships). For Audi, this is, in particular, the A8 sedan, for Cadillac – the Escalade SUV, for Volvo – the S90 sedan and XC90 crossover, for Mercedes – the S-Class sedan, and for BMW – the 7-Series sedan.
